When you submit an enquiry or assessment we may store your name, email, phone, business details, project answers, recommended package, operating context if provided, indicative price range, consent state, and follow-up notes needed to respond.
How we use it
We use this information to recommend services, prepare proposals, book consultations, deliver projects, and improve the assessment experience. We do not sell lead data.
Storage and access
Leads are stored in our database and visible only to authenticated Mashify administrators. Optional email or WhatsApp notifications may include the contents of your submission.
Retention and deletion
We keep lead records while useful for sales and delivery follow-up. Email hi@mashify.dev to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies may be used for admin authentication. We avoid invasive tracking. If analytics are added later, non-essential tracking will be disclosed and gated where required.
